Session 1: April 1, 8, 15 & 22 - sorry this session is full.
Session 2: April 29, May 6, 13, & 20 - Finding Value in Color - Watercolor or gouache, pastel and colored pencil.

This curriculum is based in drawing but goes far beyond the pencil. We will explore various media, including pen, charcoal, pastel, colored pencil, watercolor and gouache, giving students the solid foundation that all artists utilize in their creative expression! Both sessions are primarily about value, which is integral in creating dynamic artwork. Universal principles of art-making are incorporated into these lessons, while encouraging experimentation and discovery.

Beginners are welcome and more advanced students take their knowledge to the next level.
