*NOTE - WE HAVE EXPANDED THE PARAMETERS OF THIS SHOW - Works may be composed on the substrate of your choice.
Local & Regional Artists
All Media Welcome
2 & 3D Functional & Sculptural Works
Works must be no larger than 12 inches in any direction (including mat and frame for 2D works)
- Size specs do not apply to furniture
Original works only
All works must be for sale
Note: A small number of Giclee prints by various artists will be offered in print racks - Please Inquire!
Photographic & digital media prints welcome
Wall works must be ready to hang with well attached wire hangers
Max 10 pieces per artist (special consideration for potters, etc. with larger groupings of 3D work)
40% (20% for resident artists) Gallery Commission on sales
Deadline October 30
TWO DIMENSIONAL ARTISTS HAVE THE FOLLOWING CHOICES FOR SUBMISSIONS:
Two dimensional works may be framed (preferably simple black frames) or composed on canvas or the substrate of your choice. These works will be interspersed with other works in various types of frames, gallery wrap canvases, etc., with clean, finished and or well considered sides, edges and backs.
- OR -
2. Two dimensional works may be composed on one of three specific sizes gallery profile panels for inclusion in our Special
Small Works Suite.
Parameters for the Small Works Suite are:
One of three ”gallery profile” 7/8” depth wood panels. Sizes are 6X6”, 8X8” or 10X10” - - It’s up to you to find a product you like, but here’s a link to Jerry’s Artarama for their Medium Textured Gesso Panels - decent quality at an excellent price!
THREE DIMENSIONAL ARTISTS may submit works in all media - no larger than 12” in any direction
For sculptures or large ceramic works, please add felt or cork to bottoms to protect gallery furniture, thank you!
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS:
Step 1: Submit sample images of artwork for jurying now through October 30 - via email to: amandapaoletti.asif@gmail.com
Step 2: Artists wish to participate in the Special Smallworks Suite to purchase their own panels
Step 3: Create up to 10 original art works (special consideration for potters, etc. with larger groupings of work)
Step 4: Final acceptance letters - November 1
Step 5: Deliver Art and $20 entry fee

2D Art: Tuesday, Nov 2nd - 12 - 4pm
3D Art: Wednesday, Nov 3rd - 12 - 4pm
