ASiF Programs have been on hold since March 15, 2020 due to Covid-19, though we are in the process of trying to fill a small number of them using strict protocols to ensure the safety of all involved. If you are interested taking a class or participating in one of our art groups, we ask that you please take the Student & Art Group Participant Survey.
If you have already done so and are enrolled in a class, you may use the live links below to download, print and complete the required paperwork for taking part in classroom activities at this time.

Below are the three required documents for participation in classes and programs during Covid-19.
Click on the live links below to download and print them. Bring the completed, signed forms to your teacher or group facilitator on the first day of your class/program. A daily health & safety screening will also be required by all for entry to the facility each day.
