Accepted artists will receive a link to the CONSIGNMENT ENTRY FORM

Note to accepted artists: ASiF may disqualify pieces upon delivery which have not been accurately represented in digital image form, or which otherwise do not meet Art Specs and Smallworks Holiday Show requirements. Entry fees cover accepted artworks only and are paid upon delivery. Reimbursement of fees will be given for works not selected by the second/ In-Person Jury

FEES & COMMISSIONS:

  • $10 per entry / $40 cap for up to 10 entries ($20 cap for ASiF residents).
    Reduced entry fee applies to small functional ware (things like pottery)
    in the $50 and under price range: $2 per entry/$20 cap for up to 10 entries.

  • A commission of 40% (20% for ASiF Residents) will be retained for gallery sales.

Smallworks Holiday Show - Art Submission Criteria & Size Limits:

SIZE LIMITATIONS:

  • Two dimensional works must be no larger than 12.5 inches (in all directions) including the mat and frame.

  • Three dimensional works must be no larger than 432 cubic inches (example:6x6x12 inches) 

  • Exceptions: Artworks measuring under 6 inches in one direction may exceed the 12.5 inch limit so long as they don't exceed a 50 inch perimeter total.
